Samadrahna Academy

The Home of Living Wisdom

Where Ancestral Wisdom Meets Conscious Leadership

Strategy needs intuition. Vision needs roots. Transformation needs to move through the shadow. True leadership needs heart.

Let us begin with a conversation

A Living Invitation from Hawaiʻi Island

Samadrahna Academy is being born as one of the first initiatives of the Living Wisdom Movement.

S’Academy is the Home of Living Wisdom, an experiential sanctuary for those who wish to lead their lives, relationships and projects from the truth of their own heartbeat. It keeps alive the wisdom received from those who walked before us and shares it with those who will come after.

We build a bridge between ancestral wisdom and the frontiers of contemporary knowledge, including neuroscience, consciousness, metaphysics and complex systems, to explore the great questions of our time.

It is from here that this offering now emerges: from humility, gratitude and the commitment to give back to society what we have received through ancestral lineage and through more than half a century of professional, personal and spiritual experience.

What Makes S’Academy Different

A canoe resting in a thatched shelter

A Safe Container

Participants can soften defenses, re-signify wounds, quiet the mind and listen to the body without being reduced to a diagnosis or role.

A rose against a green background

Leadership from the Heart

Love for self, others and the whole becomes a compass, integrating reason, intuition and consciousness.

What Business Schools Do Not Teach

Self-knowledge, relationships, change, power, purpose, prosperity, service and responsibility are learned through experience.

A group of people with a lake behind them

A Real Community

Participants form an international ʻohana of kindred spirits who learn, collaborate and contribute together.

Let us begin with a conversation

Rooted in the Values of Hawaiʻi

The word aloha written in green sand
A volcano
A stone with offerings
Black rocks with a wave

With a deep sense of kuleana toward the ʻāina and its ancestral guardians, Hawaiʻi Island serves as a living classroom—a magic territory where nature and the cosmos become teachers. The body, the land, the elements and relationships are part of the curriculum.

Samadrahna Academy seeks to honor and embody the values that remain deeply present in Hawaiian culture:

aloha
meeting people, the land and all living beings through love, compassion and presence
pono
living and acting with balance and integrity
kuleana
recognizing the responsibility and privilege that come with our gifts and the place we occupy
mālama ʻāina & mālama i ke kai
caring for the land and ocean that sustain us
kūpuna
respect for the elders and ancestors who safeguard living wisdom
lōkahi
unity and harmony
laulima
many hands working together
haʻahaʻa
humility
ʻimi ola
seeking life, wellbeing and the fullest expression of the life entrusted to us

Participation in S’Academy must be rooted in cultural humility, reciprocity, consent, local guidance and service to the community. The land, its people and their knowledge are relationships to be respected, not experiences to be consumed.

Our Flagship Offering

The Five Dragons Journey

The Five Dragons Journey brings an ancestral understanding of life as a cycle into dialogue with contemporary psychological knowledge and the realities of modern life.

Hawaiʻi is its first Living Classroom—a place where land, ocean, winds, volcanic fire, community and ancestral values invite participants to experience the journey through the body, relationship and direct participation.

The journey moves through Air, Fire, Water, Earth and Source, each offering a symbolic language for exploring a different dimension of human experience:

Clouds over Hawaiʻi Island
  1. Air

    Awareness & Perspective

Seeing patterns, stories and possibilities that may previously have remained outside awareness.

  2. Fire

    Agency & Creative Power

Encountering instinct, courage, desire and vitality and learning to direct that energy consciously.

  3. Water

    Emotional Truth & Transformation

Exploring what needs to be felt, honored, transformed or released.

  4. Earth

    Embodiment & Integration

Translating insight into responsibility, commitments and meaningful action.

  5. Source

    Wholeness, Meaning & Contribution

Bringing the different aspects of self into relationship and choosing how to live, create, connect and contribute.

Why the Dragon?

The Dragon represents the instinctual, creative and unconscious energy within us that has not yet been fully known or integrated.

The Dragon is not the enemy.

The purpose of the journey is not to slay the Dragon, but to meet it—to become curious about what it mirrors, what it protects, what we have hidden and what energy may be waiting to be consciously expressed.

The Dragon does not represent what is wrong with us. It represents what is asking to be known.

Two Pathways Through the Journey

An eye framed by leaves

Becoming

Becoming accompanies emerging adults seeking greater agency, connection and fuller participation in adult life. Through the Five Dragons Journey, participants explore how their minds and bodies work, strengthen emotional and practical capacities, build meaningful relationships and begin translating their abilities into greater independence, purpose and contribution.

Reclaiming

Reclaiming is created for established leaders, founders, high performers and accomplished adults whose outer success may no longer fully express who they are or what they are here to create. Through the same Five Dragons Journey, participants reconnect with inner authority, vitality and purpose, bringing experience, influence and resources into deeper relationship with meaningful creation, stewardship and legacy.

One Journey, Different Moments in Life

Together, Becoming and Reclaiming create an intergenerational bridge: emerging adults discovering what they carry and experienced adults considering how what they have learned might serve what comes next.

Mónica GM Samadrahna

Visionary Founder · Medicine Woman

Mónica is an entrepreneur, Architect of Realities and Medicine Woman, descended from a lineage of curanderas from southern Spain.

She holds two degrees, in Economics and Business Administration; a master’s degree in Strategic People Management; and certifications in relational coaching and systemic facilitation. She has trained in family constellations, evolutionary astrology, numerology, metaphysics, comparative philosophies and ancestral wisdom traditions from several continents.

Over the past thirty years, she has developed her path across more than forty countries, accompanying over a thousand leaders, teams and organizations through processes of personal, cultural and organizational transformation.

Her approach weaves together strategy, human development and systemic intelligence with ancestral wisdom, shadow connection, the sacred dance between the feminine and the masculine, and the embodiment of Dragon energy. In this way, she creates a bridge between contemporary knowledge and ancient wisdom, between the visible and the invisible, awakening the power to create from the sacred fire within and the responsibility to place that power in service through the heart.

A Faculty of Embodied and Ancestral Wisdom

The Faculty brings together carefully selected guardians of wisdom, coaches, mentors, teachers, guides and shamans who embody what they teach. Every Faculty member brings extensive professional and lived experience, sharing wisdom that has been studied, deeply lived, integrated and embodied. Each person brings their own discipline, place and lineage, adding their voice to the wisdom received from our ancestors and placing it in service of those who will come after us.

Perhaps We Have Been Waiting for One Another

S’Academy is already taking root. As we prepare the first pilot cycles of Becoming and Reclaiming, we are welcoming respected guardians of wisdom, teachers, mentors and guides from different parts of the world into our international Faculty. We are also searching for the right places to host our first immersions and developing, with local guidance and consent, meaningful volunteer initiatives through which participants can give back to the land and communities of Hawaiʻi.

If you feel this call—if you sense that your own steps have brought you to this moment, and that something in your journey belongs within what is being born—we invite you to trust that recognition.

Every form of contribution is valuable, whether it comes through your resources, wisdom, experience, relationships, gifts, time or presence. You are welcome, and we have been waiting for you. Let us begin with a conversation: a space to meet one another, listen with openness and discover what we may be ready to bring to life together.
