1. Who we are
Samadrahna Academy (“S’Academy”), an initiative of the Living Wisdom Movement based in Hawaiʻi Island, is responsible for the data collected on this website. Contact: sacademy@pm.me.
2. Data we collect
Only what you send through the contact form:
- Name and email address.
- The area of interest you select.
- The message you choose to write.
- Your consent, recorded when you submit the form.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, share news about the Academy when you ask for it, and coordinate programs, faculty and collaborations. We do not use it for advertising or automated decisions.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and can withdraw at any time.
5. Where data is stored and who sees it
Submissions are stored on our own server (a self-hosted PocketBase instance at pb.sacademy.life) and are accessible only to the S’Academy team. We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers strictly needed to operate the site, or when the law requires it. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when you open a page.
6. Retention
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your request and the relationship that follows, then delete it. You can ask for earlier deletion.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to sacademy@pm.me. If you are in the European Economic Area you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
This site is not directed to people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
